Online upgrade a joke

Online upgrades are a joke to Vodacom! I submitted an upgrade on Sunday, 29 July, once I completed all information I received a message stating that Vodacom will contact me to confirm my details. On Monday 30 July there was no contact from Vodacom. On Tuesday 31 July I received a phone call from a gentlemen from Vodacom and once he confirmed my details he said that I would receive an SMS asking me to confirm the upgrade, he stated the sooner I confirm the sooner the phone will be delivered. I NEVER received that SMS but did however receive an Email with forms that I needed to complete. I did so and sent it to the address stated upgrades@vodacom .co.za. On Wednesday 1 August I phoned Vodacom to confirm that all was in order and to find out whether they received my email with completed forms attached and I was informed that the email address, ********** is not "theirs" and a consultant will phone me to confirm my details (WHAT WAS THE POINT OF THE FIRST PHONE CALL 31 JULY). On Thursday 2 August I phoned AGAIN to follow up and ask when a consultant will be phoning me and I was informed that the phone has been dispatched for delivery and I should receive it on Friday. On Friday 3 August there was no delivery and when I phoned Vodacom AGAIN all info that they could give me was that it has been dispatched. On Monday 6 August I phoned Vodacom AGAIN and was informed that the courier company tried to contact me but my phone was off. My phone was not off Vodacom supp**** them with the incorrect telephone number (WHICH I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHERE THEY GOT IT AS I DID NOT SUPPLY IT). After giving the Vodacom consultant the correct number she put me on a conference call with RAM couriers and I supp**** them with the correct telephone number and was also informed that Vodacom gave RAM the incorrect address, I then gave the correct address and stated that it is a bussiness where they will be delivering. On Tuesday 7 August I ONCE AGAIN phonec Vodacom to follow up on the delivery, it was only at this point that I was supp**** with the waybill number and the Vodacom consultant informed me that she cannot see the address and contact details of the delivery on the system and I should phone RAM directly. I phoned RAM and asked them what contact details they have for me, AFTER THE CONFERENCE CALL BETWEEN MYSELF, RAM AND VODACOM THEY STILL HAD THE INCORRECT CONTACT NUMBER. I gave the correct number to the RAM consultant in the hope that I would receive my parcel today 8 August. I logged on to the RAM website early this morning to track my parcel and it stated that they sent an sms to confirm delivery, I did not receive the sms and once I phoned RAM I was informed that they STILL have the incorrect contact number (THIS AFTER TWO PHONE CALLS TO RAM TO SUPPLY THEM WITH THE CORRECT DETAILS). I have 4 active contracts with Vodacom, I will certainly not be upgrading in the future, not online or in store. I RECEIVED EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM RAIN, THERE WERE NO HICCUPS AND DELIVERY WAS DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. I'm sure the "middle class" clients from Vodacom don't mean a lot to them as they are treated so poorly by *********** staff.
