Online Upgrade
<p>I did a online upgrade, when i received my parcel it only contained the accessories for the Samsung galaxy S8+ and no device, when i tried to sort this out, I was informed that I will have to return the parcel to the vodacom warehouse for cancellation. I returned the parcel, but there is still an open order on my account preventing me from doing my upgrade. I have been trying to get this open order removed for a week now and everyday I get told the same story, I will have to wait 24 to 48 hours for it to be completed. and every 48 hours the same story again and again. I am fed up with the incompetence and unprofessionalism of Vodacom they do not care about customers no matter how loyal you have been.</p>

I finally received a reply from Kendal Griffon in the vidacom admin department, only to tell me she cannot assist me at this time. I am done with vodacom, is this the kind of customer service one can expect to receive from "South Africa's best network". Really not impressed with the level of inability to help me. I have preorder the upgrade the 15th of April, and today is the 16th May and still nothing!! Well done Vodacom keep up the bad service, the word is spreading and more and more customers will feel the way I am feeling now. I will be cancelling all of my vodacom contracts, personal and the 12 line for my company. I am sure there is a service provider out there that cares about me and my company's needs.
