Online upgrade
I upgraded online with vodacom online, received communication that my device is on its way. The day it's supposed to arrive the driver doesn't come and asks to come the next day. The "next day" I call and the van has been hijacked. The worst service ever from the online process to delivery not effective. You would rather go to the store
