Online store web purchases

I have been trying to purchase a prepaid cellphone on the online store for 2 days now as it is on special online and not in the vodac stores. The checkout for payment never works. Or you cant get online. telephonic sales only do contracts. I have called customer care and sales and have been shunned from pillar to post. As a loyal vodacom customer I am most appalled, what do I need to do to purchase and get it done, 2 days is ridiculous and call center excuses are even worse and keep passing the buck with no resolve.
