Online service sucks big time
i have upgrated my contract online and was told it will delivered in 3 days... that was about a week ago. Today i call to enquire and was told the phone im looking for is not in stock. Why wasnt i told this when i ordered the phone immediately.. Now i have to wait yet again for their order to arrive so i can have my phone. this is plain bull****.
