Online service is pathetic and confirmation department also terrible

There online service is beyond pathetic!! not to mention the rude online consultants!! I App**** for a contract on 12/09/2023 the first consultant I was dealing with was very nice, she took all my details, and I was approved for a Vivo cellphone (not sure which one I can't even remember) i was asked for my delivery adress and everything was given to her , i got a SMS a few minutes later saying the confirmation Department willc all me within 72 hours to finalize my order and delivery ...Guess what? i am still waiting !! its over a week later i phoned on Thursday (the online department ) where the guy consultant i spoke to was extremly rude , i was explaining to him the confirmation department is supposed to call me its been 3 dats and hes respobne was "yes he is aware of how the process works" he then proceeded to tell me The confirmation department did call me on a old number from 8/9 years ago and could get hold of me there, i then told him its an old number that why i gave them my new number so it won't work??? He basically told me he will make a note on the online order but that's the best he can do he cannot guarantee they are going to call me on that number.

zero help at all! i proceeded to call another consultant who told me the same thing, also said she will add a note. I proceeded to call again yesterday, and they said no they will send an email to the confirmation department.

still absolute zero feedback up until now, and now and I'm getting extremely frustrated.
