Online purchase aftercare!!!!

I would like to know once again from Vodacom online, how do you service your clients when they buy cash. I have purchased a PS5 , a few months ago in cash . Now the thing switches on off. I have been trying to contact Vodacom, all departments and send from pillar to post. I have been to Vodacom Greenstone, Eastgate. Sent emails to eshop unsuccessfully . I have spent R11500 on this thing and absolutely no one I have spoken to from Vodacom knows how to help me simply because I bought in cash. They only know how to handle contract customers. What kind of nonsense is this. Why have an online shop if there is no aftercare!!!! Their eshop email never answers emails. No contact number whatsoever. Can someone please assist me from Vodacom as I have exhausted all your communication avenues hense, I’m resorting to Hello Peter.

I have still not received any response from you Vodacom, The level of frustration you put under your customers is beyond me. I even drove to Sony in Limbro Park to ask for assistance since you have desire of assisting me and they told me Vodacom is the worst place anyone can purchase a PlayStation, you never respond to any queries or help your customers. They told me what is happening to my ps5 is common and it happens but they cannot assist me unless you guys send me a tax invoice. Can you alteast send me that. What is the point of having that eshop email because those people never answer their emails. No other contact number available. Why do you have an online shop if you don’t service your customers afterwards!!!!!!!! What do I need to do to get help from Vodacom, I spent the whole day calling from one department to the other. Everyone says they deal with Contract customers. Why then do you allow clients to purchase in cash ???????. This is very unfair and I regret buying from Vodacom
