I was browsing online and came to attracted to a deal vodacom has to offer.It was the vodacom smart 10 tablet with key board for R101 per month. I left my details and nobody called me back.I then called the number and spoke to Hazel and she advised me that they have a deal for R129 per month and its 500MB data and its the same tablet. I accepted and after a week was delivered and when open the package. It does not have the key board. I then called vodacom and was advised that the key board was optional but was not advised at the time I was sold the deal. The agent then said that they cannot send the key board only and will need to cancel. Vodacom was at my work promoting the same deal with the key board.Agent advised that there's nothing she can do and can get the deal elsewhere. I asked to speak to manager and was advise nobody available. A manager called me back and advise can get order collected and if the deal is still available will process a new order but will need to wait 10/14 days. How many customers like me has done online order and dont get what they promised. Were is customer experience and satification or is it all about a sale?
