Online Pre-order

I pre-ordered the Samsung Galaxy S6 in March. I contacted the online no ***4 to follow up, I was told the person (Ivan) dealing with my application is not available he will phone me back. Needless to say I never got a call back, I contacted again on Saturday 11th April, I was told to phone back the Monday. Eventually the Monday 13th I spoke to Ivan to complete the application. When the application was completed he specifically asked which colour and he confirmed: \yes we do have gold in stock"and someone will contact me later to confirm all the information. I received a call later and was told it will be scheduled for delivery. Thursday 16thApril I phoned again to follow up on the delivery"
