online order(Black Friday)

I have place an order on Friday for two phones..call ref PYFXK2. was advise that the consultants will call me back within 24 hours, I didn't receive any feedback from them since Friday,i then tried to call them back after holding for 30 minutes , that is when the consultants told me that those phones are out of stock i must place a new order. i'm soo disappointed, they didn't even border to contact me from last week Friday, only to be told that the phones are out of stock after after holding for 30 minutes.
