Online order total disappiontment - No feedback

Order was placed on line for a tablet. No conformation was received. Emailed Vodacom in connection with the issue. I was promised a call back after 12h00 yesterday. Still did not receive any call from Vodacom. When I followed up today I received the following very cheeky feedback: <br> <br> We are just an admin department, we have escalated your query to the confirmation department as they are the only department that can assist, with confirming your order and once you receive the call that's the only time your package will be delivered to you.<br> Kind Regards, <br> <br> I Still didn't receive any feedback or call back on my order. It has been 2days now.<br> <br> I am not a Vodacom customer, but considered taking up a contract with them. After this service I will not recommend Vodacom to any other person on this planet.
