Online order still not confirmed

I ordered a contract cellphone two days back. They had to change the color of the phone I wanted to black since only black was available in stock. They told me my order was successful. However I have never received any confirmation or rather a waybill number to trace my order. I am completely not impressed with their service. How many days can it take to confirm an order?? And after that I will wait for the delivery, yet they say online ordering is the best.
