Online order not delivered on time
<p>Hi there. Ordered my new Samsung S8+ phone on Monday. Delivery should've been on Tuesday. It's now Thursday afternoon 17:15. Where is my phone? I called Vodacom a couple of times and I must follow up with RAM Couriers. According to RAM Couriers I'm not available at my stipulated delivery address, which is total nonsense. I work for one of the biggest companies/buildings in Sandton. And I'm available from 8-5, they must just call me on my cell ********** . As easy as that. </p>

Hi there. Okay. Let's start at the beginning. I ordered a new phone on Monday. Delivery was scheduled for Tuesday via RAM Couriers. RAM Couriers was at my office Tuesday morning, and I was super impressed. But according to them I was not available/reachable. They had a funny contact nr for me, not sure where they got it from. Any case. No delivery scheduled for Wednesday or Thursday. Not sure why. I called Vodacom twice on Thursday querying delivery, and they said I should follow up with RAM Couriers. I was not very happy about that. Thus the reason for posting my comment on Hellopeter. This morning Vodacom contacted me to apologise and to assist with the delivery issue. I also contacted RAM Couriers, and delivery was re-scheduled for today. My phone was delivered just after 1pm today I’m so happy. MANY THANKS VODACOM, you guys are great!
