The whole reason for ordering online is for the convenience of not getting in your car to do the transaction.<br> I was called by Sanele that told me that the Apple 5 phones has been discontinued and an other package was agreed on.<br> The parcel was delivered the next day but with no micro sim!! after spending more than 2 hours to trace him the answer I received was that \Sorry just go to a shop and BUY a micro sim and Vodacom will refund\"<br> What type of service is that!! <br> His Supervisor also called with the same excuse!!<br> If I wanted to go to a store I would have done so from the beginning.<br> I now also question the fact that there was no Apple 5 phones in stock.<br> In the end I got my phone sorted at a Vodacom Dealer but it took half my day in time on the phone and driving to a store<br> Be careful ordering from Vodacom online"
