Online Once off Purchase. Pathetic!
Completed an online order on the 31st of October. The order has since been stuck in processing. I have tried calling, emailing the works. I will never make the mistake of ordering anything from Vodacom ever again. Pathetic doesn't begin to describe the level of service.

You wasted 5 days of my time only to realize you don't have stock. I can go on your website now and buy it again as a once off purchase. So basically, other people can fall into the same trap.
Apart from that, I have spent a lot of time and money on phone calls to you. My time is extremely limited and spending it on hold is not very productive.
Now that you have processed my refund, it still means another 2-7 days of waiting time.
Do you realize how much time of mine you wasted in total. Inexcusable.
I would advise anyone reading this to stay away from Vodacom online.
