Online deal changes if you change the contract period

I app**** for a new contract online, deal said 2 phones for R349 for the term of 24 months, but is available for R199 for 36 months as well. The minute you change to 36 months, you only get one phone. Phoned then just after receiving the phone, Team leader was supposed to phone me regarding the matter, but up and until now, no call or feedback. If I wanted 1 phone, I would choose the deal for 24 months for R199, not 36 months. Please look into this matter, and give me some feedback?

I cancelled the deal, as U am still waiting on the team leader to call me to sort this out. As I would really like the double deal over 36 months.
