Online contract poor services
Online buying from vodacom is pathetic, next day delivery is a **** wich can still be okay if the waybill tracking number worked. You can not get hold of anyone to assist you AT ALL and if you go into a vodacom store, they simply tell you to phone customer care to any one reading this do not get a contract online simply go to the store atleast then there is an sales consultant you can hold acountable for poor service but better yet do not go to vodacom

03 Jan 2020, 10:25It is funny how all vodacoms complaints has exactely the same response. The problem with the online purchases seems to be an everyday occurrence if you check the internet you find tons of complaints, how has a company as big as vodacom not addressed this problem or is it a case of we are big enough we dont have to look after our customers. I am deeply disappointed hopefully this will be the last time i have to do anything through vodacoms online services
