Online contract order wrong!!!

If I could put a zero rating I would. I made an online order on 22 April 2023 for Samsung Galaxy S23+ which came with a grey 44mm smart watch 5. I used my main contact when I made the application but vodacom decided to send all correspondences regarding my contract to my data sim which is inside a router so i only managed to see those messages by chance. I did several follow ups with regards to when my order will be delivered and after about 2 weeks my order was finally delivered on 02 May 2023. I opened up my package to see if everything was fine but the watch I got was a 40mm watch when the order i made was for the 44mm. I called customer care this morning to try get this solved if i was not transferred to the wrong department my call got cut. After 2 hours of being tranferred all over the place I finally spoke to a consultant who could assist with my query. I have no issue with the phone just the watch is not correct but now the resolution is to collect both devices which will take 3 to 5 working days and then i will need to call to cancel the order, then make a new order. This is so ridiculous as I did not request the watch to be changed from 44mm to 40mm and one consultant even told me that they probably changed my order because there was no stock on the 44mm watch. If that was the case why was I not contacted so that I could make the decision on the way forward. The order already took so long to come through now its going to take even longer to get rectified. I have been with vodacom for a very long time and have had several contracts over the years. This resolution does not even make sense as only the watch has the problem why do both items need to collected. Now i will be stuck without a phone till i dont even know when. I wish i rather gone in store to make my order. I will never get another vodacom contract, especially make the order online. Worst experience ever!!!
