Online Contract Application

I app**** for a P30 lite on contract sometime this week and the application went through and when i checked through the Facebook communication group to find out whats the following step they said i will receive a call to get my ID copy ,proof of income and 3 months bank statement. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CALL to produce those documents , i then receive an sms that my device has been dispatched ,how can the device be dispatched if there was no confirmation for my order via telephone or personal visit to one of the stores. Now it might be that someone has confirmed with Vodacom without my knowledge or there was ***** somewhere somehow. Im very angry and disappointed in Vodacom as i was their customer for many years, my first number was from Vodacom ,it was almost 13 years being with Vodacom and then this. They have pleaded that they will correct this and have sent communication but i still dont understand how did this happen and feel uneasy as i have provided my account number when i made the application . Im utterly disappointed in Vodacom.
