Online Chat Assistance

We all dread calling in to customer service as there is always a long wait (Not specifically Vodacom, I refer to customer service in general). Vodacom however has an online chat where an agent can assist by means of chat service using your web browser. i didn't wait long before an agent assisted me is, this agent sorted my issue within a few minutes!<br> <br> Thanks to Vodacom for getting with technology and always trying to improve customer service!
