Online Application Process
Tried applying get a contract online, completed the process, then got an email stating that someone will call me to finalize and complete my application. It has been over 10 days and I haven't been contacted by anyone to finalize my application. Sent an email to *** and the email keeps bouncing, contacted general customer service and they asked me to call a number. Very underwhelming experience so far.
