Online application. A total disappointment

Online service is just bad bad bad. I am trying now for more than 2 weeks to order a phone on contract. They never ever call back when they say they will. Application was canceled by then a few time. This last one I am trying since 24 April to get some to call me back. I have sent the nessary documents to them. Every time I call they say pending waiting documents then they told me they will call me back.
