Ongoing poor service with expectations not delivered

<p>This is such an ongoing situation but I refuse to walk away. Following my ongoing complaints to Vodacom , as usual a consultant calls and tells you they going to installed a temporary" booster" at my premises about two weeks ago to resolve my problem. To date nothing has transpired and I wait once again, for nothing!</p>
