Ongoing no resolution
It's month 3 of incorrect billing and now I am being threatened to be cut off. My 2 gigs data became 1 and my 175 minutes became 125????you get trf from 1 department to the next and no one seems to be committed to resolving this and now preventable guns trigger is employing - you will be cut off!!!! Pls correct and maybe reimburse me for the extra cash I have had to spend on a phone that I manage well and am now having to put money into monthly over and above the invoice.

20 Nov 2019, 16:45Pls note that no one has assisted me since 7 spetember and when I speak to your call Centre agents they do not understand that no upgrade was done. As a valued vodacom subscriber you offered me a reduction with extra air time I am now paying more and am in arrears please ensure that a call is logged as unresolved I have attempted to make contact for 2months with no luck and your upgrades department have a habit of putting calls down relaying to queries
