OneNumber and e-sim activation - Why does Vodacom only help after you post to HELLOPETER?

OneNumber and e-sim activation. I have been struggling with Vodacom to activate my e-sim service for a week with no luck. I have tried the helpline and was sent in-store, and in-store escalated again with no activity from Vodacom, and no one seems to be able to assist, even though this is a service I am currently paying for.

Hi,

I received a call from a Vodacom consultant asking if my issue has been resolved yet without any technical assistance.

When will someone be able to address the issue?

I really need this service activated for my line of work as soon as possible.

This is becoming ridiculous!

Still no help from Vodacom. I have been sent from online to in-store, back to online, then service tickets have been logged with no response from Vodacom and finally, now I hear from Vodacom that this is an iStore Problem.

Further now I have been told by a Vodacom consultant that the "megabytes of my Apple Watch Ultra are not compatible with my iPhone 13 Pro"? What? and "I need to have my phone closer to me when using the e-sim service." Excuse me? How does this even make sense?

Can Vodacom please get a competent consultant to assist?
