The level of your poor, pathetic service is absolutely staggering.

Tomorrow I’m going to start phoning you twice a day as after more than a month of asking you to cancel a contact that ended 28 December you still have not done it.

This is my third HP review of your previously unheard of pathetic service in about 10 days, after this I’m sure I’ll be called AGAIN to hear from your BS unhappy customer center to hear how it’ll be sorted out by this evening.
