One WASP sting too many!!!

Numerous content services were loaded onto one of our business lines without the owner’s permission or consent(mainly gaming sites). We noted the monthly amount due is far higher than the contract I signed with Vodacom(Between R150/month and R600/month higher. This amount seems little, but if added over the months, it becomes a substantial amount). Upon investigation, it was found that the content services(or WASPS) just made their way onto the account without any proof of subscription. The master of this account should have been informed of any 3rd party charges being added to this account and express permission in writing obtained for these services to be added. When applying for the smallest service at Vodacom, they require your ID, proof of address, etc, but these WASPS just pops up onto your account. We went to 2 Vodocaom shops on Friday (Paarl and Wellington) and both just said....sorry, but this happens and there is NOTHING they can do about it except to deactivate it. Problem is, the next day 3-5 more wasps make its way through to the account. The user of the phone does not allow kids to play on it and is very carefull not to click on any adds, etc.

We are now at the cross road where we must renew the contract as we are otherwise happy with Vodacom's service, but when asking the Vodashop if they can ensure us that we pay only for my contract and no other third party subscriptions in future, they just say sorry, they have no controll over this. I can not understand how a global company can not have a simple check box which in their contracts that sais:"Block all content services"!!!. Even if I signed a contract exclusively with Vodacom. We feel that dealing with a company that condones ******* and ******** to utilize their network for ******* profit to both themselves and the ********/spammers is detrimental to our business and we cannot trust a service provider that condones this type of behavior. We do not take this lightly and regard this as extremely serious as it was only by accident we spotted this and managed to cancel all services but as mentioned, the next say new services are in place and thid should never happen(The services vary from R5/day with the last one being R30/day, which can pile up to a very high bill if not noted immediately). An interesting fact is that no visible benefit could be noticed, no info, no extra games, nothing. The phone is clean so what the hell were these services that cost so much???
