ONE TIME PIN

i dont understand when the procedure was changed to now get a one time pin when upgrading, i explained to the agent that i did not have the sim card with me to get the one time pin as i hardly used the sim, my details were confirmed over and over again and when upgrading.
when upgrading previously i was never asked for a one time pin, i thought confirming the details was adequate.
i will rather cancel this contract as vodacom's service and price increase is ridiculous.
thank you Vodacom for treating me like a valued client.
you can cancel *** i am not interested in upgrading to the ipad air anymore as your service stinks
