ONE STAR IS WAY TOO MANY FOR VODACOM. EVERY SERVICE IS REPORTED ON HELLO PETER
HONESTLY ONE STAR IS WAY TOO MANY FOR THIS SERVICE PROVIDER:
I lost a job in January 2024 and took my employer to CCMA. The case has been postponed every three months since April 2024 to April 2025. In September 2024 when it was postponed to December 2024, I contacted both Miway & Vodacom to cancel my policies as I no longer have money.
Obviously both tried to retain my services. Miway came through as the best as Bongiwe asked me what are the essentials that I desperately needed from the insurance and she reduced my insurance to cover for those essentials. Not only did she do that, but she also told me that since she cannot stop my upcoming debit on, she will submit a request for me to be refunded with the difference and I was refunded with the difference.
Please compare the above with Vodacom: - I went to the store with my ID to cancel WiFi services, they referred me to a call centre - I contacted the call centre (this was before I lost my job), they refused me services because I got one question wrong: "the debit order date" which they frequently change from my INSTRUCTIONS as they please. - my cellphone contract expired in February 2024, I went to the store WHERE I TOOK THE CONTRACT to put a notice (why must we put notices when they say contracts expire after a certain period?), they referred me to a call centre. I dreaded calling them because their service is terrible...and eventually I paid for several months for a contract that expired while unemployed. - I contacted them in September (with Miway) to cancel my WiFi contract: they offered to reduce the payments for just three months (which was not as significant as that of Miway. I now pay R109 at Miway & Vodacom offered to reduce my contract to R400). THIS WAS DONE FOR ONLY ONE MONTH IN NOVEMBER SINCE MY CALL IN SEPTEMBER & THE DEBIT ORDER WAS INCREASED AGAIN IN DECEMBER). September and October debit orders went through with money that I did not have and they told me on the call, where I was declaring that I no longer have money, that if those debit orders bounce, I will be listed on ITC ðŸ˜ðŸ’”
THEY ARE BULLIES AS I DO NOT HAVE THE POWER TO LIST THEM ANYWHERE FOR *****. WE ARE HUMAN BEINGS, WE ARE STRUGGLING WITHOUT MONEY, YET VODACOM KEEPS ON MILKING US. WHEN WILL IT BE ENOUGH FOR THEM????
I want all of my money back since October 2024. I DO NOT HAVE MONEY
