ONE STAR IS A STAR TO MANY.
23 of Sept I was offered a migration/upgrade with the promise that my bill will come down. What I was never told was that with the migration I will lose my VAS and will no longer be able to make calls. Suddenly, recently when attempting to make a call, the call just drops and my immediate thought was that its probably just a network issue. With my busy schedule I never really looked into it and I will just grab my other phone and make the call. Fast forward to 3 days back, I called customer care only to be told that I dont any minutes, I forfeited minutes and the ability to make calls with the upgrade I did in Sept. When did it become that chasing targets and making commission is placed before a customers needs. The system would have told the consultant that I m going to forfeit my VAS with the migration but the consultant thought, this guy is made what does he need minutes for when he has data..
Whats more irritating now is that I m being sent from pillar to post whilst trying to resolve a mess that was created by an overzealous consultant who opted to change packages he didnt have business changing in the first place. Retentions says its Elite mobile, elite mobile says its retentions. I m saying whilst Vodacom is busy with blame shifting I m stuck here not being able to make calls. I need this migration/upgrade reversed. I need my 1000 minutes. I need to start making calls
