I opened a new contract with Vodacom on the 8th March 2019 at Canal Walk store for the Samsung S9. They had problems opening my account and it took 4 days to activate the SIM card. They then put me on the wrong package and had to change my number to get to the correct package. Also the monthly amount I agreed to and signed for was R620 per month, they then told me it was a system error and I would be charged R699. If the contract is agreed and signed for R620 then I want it at R620. My phone was working fine until the 28 March 2019. (Only 3 weeks after purchase date) It now has no signal and no one can tell me what the problem is, I'm being pushed from one person to the next. My SIM card is not the problem as it works in other phones and no other SIM card works in my S9. The phone shows error - Phone not allowed. I opened my contract with Vodacom because I thought your customer service was better. At this stage I am considering telling you to close this contract and take your phone back because this is not on. I am not going to pay for something that doesnt work. I also did not receive a proof of purchase or a copy of my contract. I want this rectified urgently. I also will not pay for repairs or leave my phone in for repairs.
