<p>one sparrow dont make a summer, but sometimes there is people like FAIEK at Vodacom, who really try his outmost best to comprimise for others bad attitude and go out of his way to make a customer smile.</p> <p>after 3 weeks of frustration, it seems if FAIEK is going to solve my problems.thank you FAIEK, though my problem is not solved completely, I know that it will be solved today.</p> <p>vodacom can be proud of you, willing to walk the extra mile.</p> <p>thank you.</p>

just as I thought that someone solved my problems, I received they silent treatment again. Faiek promised to come back to me this morning after make some arrangements, but now it is 15:10 already without any word from him.
