One person at Vodacom shines brightly

This is definitely not a vote for Vodacom yet.... But in every organisation there are people who care, who know what they are doing and who help customers. Rowlene van Voore is one such person. Unlike everyone else I dealt with at Vodacom and Open Serve, Rowlene made my transmission to Vodacom fibre possible. Without her I would definitely have cancelled my contract.

It is a great pity that you respond so quickly (no doubt an automated response) to the compliment), yet the promised 'contact in due course' response to my complaint last week has still resulted in.....nothing!
I have little confidence that my compliment will rsult in that promised report to the respective management.
