One of the worst customer services you can experience at the Vodacom store in Sandton City

<p>Tried to upgrade my phone at 3 different vodacom stores at Sandton City. </p> <p>First store couldn't have been bothered with assisting me. The second store were too busy watching a soapie on TV to assist. The third store couldn't give me proper details on whether or not my data contract was upgraded or not and told me that I have to go to the police station and get an affidavit proving I did not request that contract to be upgraded. I've been a vodacom customer for over 10 years and I was so disgusted with their service that I'm really considering moving to another service provider. </p>
