One Number nightmare

What a useless system. Vodacom have driving me to the edge. ONE NUMBER, I cannot ever begin to explain the problems I have had. Bought an Apple Watch cellular, so far it has taken SEVEN MONTHS, of trying to get the One Number to work properly. The staff on the front line try to help, but can’t and every time I phone in I have to start from the beginning. The back office, if there get back to you, basically think it’s me fault or just ignore my requests, because I can’t phone them, emails are Just not answered. The service is shocking. Every time a ticket is opened it gets closed without any the problem being solved. If I miss the call back, ticket closed. Vodacom’s departments are a real mess. It’s also impossible to speak to anyone higher up the chain. One hand doesn’t know what the other is doing. I would port my number tomorrow if I didn’t have a contract
