One Number Apple Watch Disaster

I have a Vodacom one number for my Apple Watch and 2 weeks ago I just stopped functioning correctly. I couldn’t stream music when running. No need to say but that Vodacom has not been able to sort it out. With various calls AND visits to a Vodacom shop, they just don’t seem to know how to sort it out. We are now at a point where they tried to activate a totally new one number where I have to pay the R100.00 connection fee again, but not even that is working. I am stuck and it doesn’t seem that Vodacom has a solution.
