One Net Express - Real or false advertising?

I have been trying to get a one net express order in for a small business of mine, for a few weeks now. <br> Via website there are no contact details available. 3 times I have filled in the online order form and still no contact details have been sent by Vodacom, and they have not made proper contact with me.<br> Via ***. Also called 3 times, every time they can not give me contact details of someone that can assist me in Polokwane. I have to wait for some one to call me back, which does not happen. They promise someone will call but no one calls.<br> Admittedly they did call once, but I was in a meeting and could not talk, requested them to call back later and email me their contact details. <br> Also tried to get contact details from Vodacom shops locally, no one can assist. <br> It seems that one net express is not actually in service? If so can you please remove it from your website, as there are consumers that want to purchase such a system. This is a very irritating process to go through when there is actually no product to buy.
