ONE NET EXPRESS - NO SERVICE

ONE NET EXPRESS: just useless I am having endless problems with the one net express service. The problems started from the first day that the service was activated. I want the service cancelled and i want a refund of my money that vodacom has debited from my bank account. I have a long email trail of my complaints and escalation of the matter and nothing is being done to attend to the matter, Regards Kamal
