One issue on top of another

Wow! Its been a rough week with Vodacom. 2 weeks ago my phone was ******. Bigger fool me for not having insurance on the phone. So i decide it would be a good to get another contract with Vodacom. I order my new contract online, all goes well until I receive the phone. The phone in question takes a nano sim card, Vodacom sends a Duo sim card. They have now already activated the sim card even though it doesnt actually FIT into the phone. I call them to advise and tell them I have gone to purchase a nano sim card and get this activated. This was on the monday - after numerous phone calls and harsh words and emails and posting on social media I FINALLY get it sorted and the new contract is now activated. After being told I now have 3 contracts with them, we eventually get to the point that it is now realised on their side I am only supposed to have 2. Hellaluyeah! No, not quite. Celebration shortlived. It was activated for all of 15 hours, before Vodacom decides to cancel the WRONG number. Yes, they cancelled the one I just spent an entire week fighting to get activated. They cancelled the wrong number. Again back on the phone, and at this point I couldnt care what language comes out of my mouth because I am completely disgusted at the way this entire situation has been dealt with. I am now sitting with 2 contracts and NO ACTIVE NUMBER BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKES. Did I mention how quick they were to debit my account. Of course, very quick to take their money but not quick to actually sort out a problem properly. What a joke Vodacom - what a joke. Have now emailed and called numerous times and of course no one can help because their systems are down. I cant deal with it a second longer. Its best you cancel the contract, REFUND me ALL my money and fetch your **** phone. Go Team Red, all you have done is make see red with anger and aggravation.
