One in a million
Just to be clear, this is not a review praising vodacom, but one to praise one of their outstanding employees called Carel Venter currently at the ballito branch. Never in all my years as a vodaxom customer had i received such impeccable service. Carel you turned a living nightmare into a pleasant day, thank you so much! If vodacom had more employees like him I probably wouldn't be canceling my contract end of term. Give that guy a massive raise. Thanks Carel. Wake up Vodacom.
