one department too lazy to contact another

This is a copy of a mail I received from one dept. I spend about R5k a month. I have now asked them for Mr Shameel Joosub's, number after 3 follow up emails. I have never heard from them again. I have told them on numerous occasions that they are hopeless and that I would like to pay what I owe them and walk away. They refuse. Imagine a customer that hates you but you still try and keep them. Abysmal. Dear customer, Unfortunately we are not permitted to send an email to Customer Care on your behalf, as you receive an email with a unique reference number, which enables you to follow up on your email address change. By submitting your request directly to Vodacom's Customer Care, a contact centre consultant will respond to your query within 12 - 24 hours. Kind regards, Ebilling Support

Hi, I have not had any telephonic discussion whatsoever. Please advise the supposed name and number of the person who called me? I am afraid to say this is typical of the service I always receive.....one dept telling another that something has been done when it has NOT. I would prefer it if you could refer me to someone who can assist in cancelling all my contracts with no penalties. Thanks Gus

I have put my various issues on Hello Peter. Your response to my post is a complete and utter lie. Nobody has contacted me and resolved things as you say on Hello Peter. Please can you have the courteousy of dealing with this in the appropriate manner. Please also forward Mr Shameel Joosub’s email and phone number as requested on 4 occasions. I have met with him a long time ago and do not believe that he will not allow you to give me his details.
