I recieved a call from a collections department who told me that i owe vodacom money, however i have a pay as you go.I went into a vodacom shop and the consultant told me after i gave them my Id number that i have 3 Vodacom accounts under my id number.I immediatly contacted your forensic department and a lady phoned me back and told me that nothing is showing on my id number.I recevied a call again from a collectioons comapany and contacted the lady at forensic department and she told me that now she doesnt know, and i must contact vodacom collections department. They told me that there is numbers howing on my id number. So how can one department say yes and the other department say no??This is definetly a ***** case that must be investigated.
