One dedicated and committed person makes all the difference!!

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Jermaine at the Vodacom Chatz Store in Roodepoort (Wilro Park, corner CR Swart & Ontdekkers). He was fantastic! He helped me have a phone repaired in less than a week, he was efficient, friendly, helpful and patient (endlessly so!). He transferred all my data (there was lots!), and kept me in stitches the whole time with his quirky comments and amusing banter. He turned a frustrating day into a very pleasant and happy one. He called me twice to give me feedback on the repairs, and he let me know the minute the phone was delivered to the store. I really could not have asked for better service. I think Jermaine deserves a raise!
