One can just not Win
<p>I have 2 issues and just get sent from pillar to post. Having call centre not listening to what you say but trained to answer according to your question or logging a call where no one gets back to you oor they keep saying dont worry a backoffice will get back to you to fix. All that happens is you get an sms.. what does that help. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have 7 numbers with Vodacom and on the app it only shows 2.</p> <p>I have also disabled the log in notifications when i log into the Vodaom website but STILL when i log in.. i get an SMS and Email. Apparently NO ONE at Vodacom knows how to fix this.</p> <p> </p> <p>What am i to do?</p>

Please can we now have this escalated. I am missing out on the promos and competitions and I also have no access to my numbers. In a few days it will be 3 months of battling? Is this seriously how I get treated and must always follow up?? Annoyed now.

We ar now officially on month 3 and still no one can fix this - please do not contact me and say the backoffice/technical department/ISD department is fixing this. thats a call i have been receiving for 3 months. Please also dont call me and apologise saying someone is working on this.
I need this fixed - why is there such a delay? 3 months? Is the normal turn around time to have a small app fixed?
Now really annoyed - i have been more than patient enough
