Once they go red they go dead
I am very disappointed in Vodacom

I upgraded my contract ,benefiting Vodacom , 7 months ago and received my contract device

after 6 months the device , claimed to be waterproof, got a little wet and the back light of the phone got damaged

I submitted my phone for repairs and it came back still broken. Vodacom claimed that the device can be repaired under the one year warranty but refused to do so claiming that the device is not a specific needs device. I Issued a complaint and Vodacom contacted me and told me to submit the phone again for repairs and it only came back with the same message, stating that it can be repaired under the one year warranty but Vodacom refused to do so because they said that my device was not a specific needs device. So my device remains unfixed and also suffered physical damage after the phone was returned to me, forcing me to have to buy another phone.

Needless to say I am not satisfied with the service that I received and I strongly consider to return to my previous network provider.

A soon to be former Vodacom customer
