I purchased 1gb data using just for you offes. The purchase was made on a Friday and I then got an ams to say it was valid from the Friday until the Saturday. I then went on the Internet and not long I went offline due to no data or airtime.(used the airtime I had on my phone) I then called and logged a complaint and was advised that the data was only available from the Saturday (contradictory to the sms you sent) I then got an sms the Monday to say that they will refund my airtime as a \once off goodwill"and that I should monitor my data more carefully. I did not appreciate that as it was no fault of mine that your systems are messed up. I always monitor my data effectively"
