Once in a lifetime shocking service event

In my lifetime I have never experienced such a shocking service, I waited for over 2 months for my Vodacom order number: K***, I kept quite day by day hoping someone will contact even secretly gave up to be honest.

A couple of weeks ago I get an sms stating my order has been dispatched, and a day after I got another sms stating it is out for delivery waited the whole day only to get a call from your delivery partner that day to say they could not find my address, only to find out they go my address wrong, we fixed it and they confirmed delivery will take within the next 48 hours.

48 hours came and passed, next thing I receive an sms stating it has been returned to Vodacom as they could not deliver, based on my experience already I wasn't shocked, but was surprised that a business could just lose new business this easy at a time when economies and business are struggling.

What a way to have had my first experience with this business really shocking.
