once again vodacoms pathetic service

i called the vodacom call centre and got through to thandeka who put me through to victor in contracts who put me through to shapumele in port who put me through to sophia, now with all these agaents i had to explain my story over and over again!!<br> i am trying to port over to MTN and mtn advised me that vodacom refused the port however i ma on pre paid and none of these people know why i mean how is that even possible??? i am currently without a cellphone as mine broker and urgently need one but once again vodacom just fails<br> <br> this i exactly why i dont want anything to do with vodacom cos they are full of ****<br> <br> i mean i am on pre paid its my number theres absolutely no reason for them to refuse the port , i have never experienced such disgusting service!!
