Once AGAIN Vodacom shows me just hom *********** they are!!

I have NO words for the service I am receiving from Vodacom.

They are the so called leading African communications company but they are USELESS.

They have eave once again messed up my contract completely. After having my survive suspended for more than 2 weeks for reasons they themselves couldn't even provide they have now managed to make my blood boil even more.

After spending more than 5hours at Vodaworld and more than 9 hours, over two weeks , on the phone trying to short out a mistake one of their customer care agents made I was finally back on line. Apparently Vodacom would give me 2 months free subscription for the inconvenience, this NEVER happened!

I am sick and tired of having problems with my contract. I have been in Credit with Vodacom for a few months , I always pay on time and more than I should. Why must I the customer who have always been loyal towards Vodacom have countless issues.

A few weeks ago I received a call from Vodacom asking me if I would like to migrate to the U choose smart M package as they notice I have been going over my data bundles and that I am paying out of data bundle rates. For the first time in a long time I was actually impressed. Vodacom was phoning me and offering me a way to save money. I was on the smart M but paying R1200 or more every month. I use a lot of data as I am a business woman and need to send and receive emails during the day.

It all sounded good. I clearly asked the lady who phones me if my contract will stay the same and she said yes , no changes will be made to my contract except for the fact that I would have to top up if my data ran out. Migrations ref ********** was created on 19July.

During the the waiting period between 19 July and 1 Aug my contract was apparently in "pending" mode , for the rest of the month I was unable to buy data. This was already very frustrating as I could not do business when I went out of the office.

I then waited for the 1st for my migration to take place. To my surprise I only received about 350 mb instead of my usual 1.3 GB. I phoned the customer care and like always they couldn't help and a service request was logged , S3-G3P3W-WVUC4, on 01 August. This was 9 days ago! No one from Vodacom has phoned me. I did not agree to the T's and C's of this contract!

My my invoice for this month is more than R 1100 AGAIN!

I tried to get a cancellation quote from Vodacom as I cannot go on like this any more but this only caused more frustration as I was told that I would have to wait as they don't do cancellation quotes this time of the month.

The service from Vodacom is Ridiculous! I am so fed up with them , I will get Cell C to buy out ALL my company contacts from Vodacom and I will NEVER do business with ever again!

It probably isn't worth complaining on Hello Peter because Vodacom just doesn't care!

Not it so kind regards

one VERY unhappy customer
