Once again Vodacom fails to deliver due to *********** staff

As usual Vodacom has displayed poor customer service and *********** staff and was unable to assist me after I visited two stores in my area. Vodacom has frequently displayed poor customer service and *********** staff unwilling to assist with matters. I will no longer support them and will be switching to another cellular network.
